Q: Am I buying a complete headlight?
A: No these are simply rings that need to be installed in your headlights.

Q: Do you combine shipping costs?
A: We do not charge for shipping. Shipping is free on every order shipped within the United States.

Q: Estimated delivery date has passed, where is my item?
A: Please keep in mind that is just an estimate and is provided by USPS. We do our absolute best by shipping it within 1 business day. We do everything in our power to make sure it gets there without delay.

Q: Can I get my tracking number?
A: In most cases, Paypal's Multiorder Shipping will automatically upload it into your order details. If for any reason you don't receive the tracking number, please don't worry as we stand behind all of our products. For domestic customers, if you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we'll get you a refund or a replacement.

Q: I am a international customer, where is my order?
A: Please keep in mind that all international orders can take anywhere from 7-30 days for delivery. We do what we can by shipping it out within our listed time frame. If you do not receive your item within 21 days of shipment, please email us.

Q: Where is my item?
A: Thanks for the email and purchase. Please keep in mind that all packages do take up to 5 business days to arrive. If you do not receive it by the 5th business day, please let us know and we'll get you taken cared of. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us.

Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: Once payment is made and cleared, all orders take up to 1 business day to ship out.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do ship internationally but at an additional cost that will be shown at checkout.

Q: My item arrived damaged, how do i get a replacement?
A: Please just contact us requesting if you would like us to send a replacement or a refund and we will get address the issue ASAP for you.
